Pediatric Courses

Heartsaver Pediatric classes are designed for anyone with little or no medical training to obtain a course completion card for job, regulatory (for example, OSHA and Day Care), or other requirements. These courses can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for a pediatric emergency in any setting. For many Pediatric Heartsaver courses, participants will receive a course completion card that is valid for 2 years.

CPR & AED

Pediatric HeartSaver CPR & AED provides participants with the skills needed to help a child or infant person until EMS arrives by: recognize cardiac arrest, get emergency care on the way quickly, and how to properly use an AED.

First Aid

Pediatric Heartsaver First Aid is designed to teach the basics for the most common first aid emergencies . Participants review how to recognize recognize pediatric emergencies, how to call for help, and how to perform lifesaving skills.
